Route and parking

Hotel de Koophandel is situated in a pedestrian area, which means that you are only allowed to come to the hotel by car if you have a permit to enter this 'pedestrian zone'. (Except on Friday evenings from 18-21 o'clock and on Saturdays between 11-17 o'clock. Between these times it is prohibited to enter the pedestrian zone).

Please find below an instruction video with more information of how to apply for the permit based on your vehicle registration number.

We advise our guests travelling by car to park directly into the 'MARKTGARAGE' or 'ZUIDPOORTGARAGE'. Below you will find more information about the garages and the route from the garage to the hotel.

Martgarage

  1. After leaving the parking by foot you will cross the Koepoort bridge in the direction of the city center, onto Nieuwe Langendijk.
  2. Abreast of the New Church, turn left onto Burgwal.
  3. After 50 meters you will see the Beestenmarkt on your left handside.
  4. Hotel de Koophandel is located on the other side of the square (inbetween restaurants De Beren and Spijshuis de Dis).

Zuidpoortgarage

  1. After leaving the parking by foot, turn left onto Bastiaanpoort
  2. Continue this road onto Pynepoort (straight ahead).
  3. Go straight on from Pynepoort onto Kruisstraat.
  4. At the end of the Kruisstraat you will reach the Beestenmarkt.
  5. Hotel de Koophandel is located on the right side of the square (inbetween restaurants De Beren and Spijshuis de Dis).

If your rather come to the hotel by car, do not forget to apply for the permit first!

  1. A13, exit number 9, Delft-Pijnacker.
  2. Follow the signs Delft.
  3. Follow the signs 'MARKTGARAGE'.
  4. Continue straight on and pass the 'MARKTGARAGE', over the Koepoort bridge.
  5. After approximately 250 meters you will reach the pedestrian zone, marked with orange blinking lights.
  6. You can pass these lights.
  7. After 40 meters, abreast of the New Church, you turn left onto Burgwal.
  8. You will find the Beestenmarkt on your left, after 50 meters.
  9. Hotel de Koophandel is located on the other side of the square (inbetween restaurants De Beren and Spijshuis de Dis).
