Adapters and telephone chargers
At the front desk we have several different adapters and mobile phone chargers available for you to borrow (key 9).
Bike rental
It is possible to rent bikes (if available) via the reception.
The rates are the following:
0-5 hours: € 5,00 per bike
Per day: € 8,00 per bike
Breakfast
We offer you our breakfast in buffet style in the breakfast room. Breakfast is at the following hours:
Monday – Friday 07.00 hrs – 09.30 hrs
Weekend and holidays 08.00 hrs – 10.30 hrs
De price for a (extra) breakfast is € 14,50. For children under 12 the price is € 7,25.
Candy
On the second floor you will find a vending machine with all kinds of candy, dental kit and shaving kit. This machine only accepts coins and doesn’t give change.
Check-out
You are kindly requested to leave your room on the day of your departure before 11.00 hrs. This includes weekends and on holidays.
Cold beverages
A good variaty of cold beverages are sold at the reception.
Credit cards
We accept American Express, Diners Club, Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard.
Drinks
On the second floor you will find a machine with all kinds of chilled drinks. This machine only accepts coins. At the front desk it is possible to get red and white wine.
Fire instructions
Instructions on what to do in case of fire can be found in your room.
At any indication of smoke or fire please dial the front desk (key 9) immediately and mention the place of fire. If the front desk cannot be reached, please inform the emergency services of the fire by dialling (0)112. You can also break the glass of the fire alarm in the corridor.
In case instruction for an evacuation are given, please do the following: leave your room, close the door behind you and leave the hotel. Do not take any luggage with you. To make sure everyone has left the building, gather in front of the hotel.
Iron
An iron and ironing board are available at the front desk (key 9).
Laundry
We can bring your laundry to the laundry service. A laundry bag is available at the front desk (key 9). You can leave the bag at the front desk. Hotel De Koophandel cannot be held responsible for possible missing or damage.
Medical assistance
For medical assistance please contact the front desk (key 9). If the front desk is closed you can call “the doctors phone”: (0)015-251 19 30
Dentist: please contact the front desk (key 9). If the front desk is closed you can call the “Delftse Tandartsendienst”: (0)015-213 40 40.
Messages
Messages are directly delivered to your room. Messages can be received until 23.00 hrs.
Non-smoking rooms
In all rooms it is prohibited to smoke. It's also not allowed to smoke on the patio and try to avoid smoking right in front of the entrance.
Opening hours
The reception is open:
Monday to Friday: 07.00 hrs – 23.00 hrs.
Weekend and holidays: 08.00 hrs – 23.00 hrs.
After 23.00 hrs you can enter and leave the hotel via the night entrance. From the outside you have access with your room key.
If you expect that you will return after 23.00 hrs, please take your key with you.
Only in case of emergency (!) between 23.00 hrs and 07.00 hrs an employee of the hotel can be contacted by phone: (0)06-24 53 93 87.
Matters which are not urgent can be discussed the next day.
Pharmacy
The receptionist can inform you about the nearest pharmacy (key9).
Reservations
The receptionist can make reservation for you. For example: taxi, restaurant, cinema and museums (key 9).

Safety deposit box
For your valuables a free safety box is available at the front desk. This service is only available during the opening hours of the front desk (key 9).

You can be called through the receptionist. This means you can only be called during the opening hours of the reception. See “Opening hours”.

For information about Delft and things to do you can ask the receptionist. For more information you can visit the VVV (Kerkstraat 3) or visit www.delft.com.
Tickets
At the reception desk several (discount) tickets for museums and exhibitions are available. The receptionist will be pleased to advise you.
Towels
We change your towels daily. You can decide for yourself for the sake of the environment:
Towels on the floor: “Please change”.
Towels on the rack: “I intend to use them again”.
Wake up service
In the room you will find an alarm-clock radio. If you wish for a wake-up call please contact the front desk (key 9).
Wake up service weekdays from 06.30 hrs.
Wake up service weekends and holidays from 07.30 hrs.

In the hotel there is free WiFi available.
