Het is ons een genoegen u bij ons te hebben en wij doen ons uiterste best om uw verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken.

Hotel De Koophandel ligt in het oude stadscentrum van Delft. Het hotel bevindt zich op de Beestenmarkt, één van de meest sfeervolle pleintjes van Nederland. Door de gunstige ligging bevinden alle belangrijke bezienswaardigheden van Delft zich op loofafstand.
Het hotel is gehuisvest in een karakteristiek Oudhollands gebouw en was in 1591 het geboortehuis van Reynier Jansz, de vader van Johannes Vermeer.

In deze handleiding geven wij u een beknopt overzicht van de faciliteiten en diensten in het hotel.
Verder treft u een aantal zaken aan die u van pas kunnen komen tijdens uw verblijf.

Apotheek
De Poli-Apotheek Reinier de Graaf is altijd geopend. U vindt deze apotheek aan de Reinier de graafweg 5. Tel.: 015-212 57 60.

Brandbeveiliging
Instructies over brandbeveiliging bevinden zich in uw kamer.
Bij enige indicatie van vuur of rook gelieve onmiddellijk de receptie (toets 9) te waarschuwen en de plaats van de brand te vermelden. Is de receptie niet bereikbaar, meldt dan de brand via het alarmnummer (0)112. U kunt ook het glas breken van de brandmelder in de gang.
Wanneer instructies voor een evacuatie worden gegeven, dient u als volgt te handelen: verlaat uw kamer, sluit de deur achter u en verlaat het hotel. Neem geen bagage mee. Verzamel buiten voor de ingang van het hotel, zodat kan worden gecontroleerd of iedereen het hotel verlaten heeft.

Creditcard
Als betaalmiddel worden de volgende creditcards geaccepteerd:
American Express, Diners Club, Visa en Eurocard/Mastercard.

Dokter en tandarts
Voor medische hulp wordt u verzocht contact op te nemen met de receptie (toets 9). Is de receptie niet bereikbaar, dan kunt u gebruik maken van de huisartsenpost telefoonnummer (0)015-251 19 30.

Drankenautomaat
In de hal op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich een drankenautomaat met daarin diverse gekoelde dranken. Deze automaat accepteert alleen munten. Tevens is bij de receptie rode en witte wijn verkrijgbaar.

Fietsverhuur
Het is mogelijk om via de receptie fietsen te huren, afhankelijk van de beschikbaarheid.
We hanteren de volgende tarieven:
0-5 uur: € 5,00 per fiets
Per dag: € 8,00 per fiets

Handdoeken
De handdoeken in de kamers worden normaliter dagelijks verschoond. Wilt u dat de handdoeken worden verschoond, leg deze dan op de grond in de badkamer. Wilt u de handdoeken nog eens gebruiken, dan hangt u deze aan de haak.

Kluis
Voor uw kostbaarheden is kosteloos een kluis beschikbaar bij de receptie. Bedenk dat u alleen toegang heeft tot de kluis (via de receptioniste) op de tijden dat de receptie geopend is (zie openingstijden).

Niet-roken kamers
Het hotel, de hotelkamers en de openbare ruimtes zijn geheel rookvrij. Wij vragen uw respect voor onze andere gasten door niet te roken in de kamers.

Ontbijt
Het ontbijt bestaat uit een gevarieerd buffet. De ontbijtruimte bevindt zich op de begane grond.
De tijden van het ontbijt zijn als volgt:
Maandag t/m vrijdag                : 07.00 – 09.30 uur
Zaterdag, zon- en feestdagen    : 08.00 – 10.30 uur
Ontbijt op de kamer is niet mogelijk.

Openingstijden
Het hotel is geopend op de volgende tijden:
Maandag t/m vrijdag                : 07.00 – 23.00
Zaterdag, zon- en feestdagen    : 08.00 – 23.00
Na 23.00 uur kunt u het hotel betreden en verlaten via de nachtingang. De nachtingang kunt u van buitenaf openen met uw kamersleutel.
Verwacht u na 23.00 uur terug te keren, neem dan uw kamersleutel mee.
Alleen in uiterst dringende gevallen (!) tussen 23.00 en 07.00 uur kunt u een functionaris bereiken op het telefoonnummer (0)06-24 53 9387.

Via de receptie kunt u reserveren voor onder andere taxi en restaurant (toets 9).

Snoepautomaat
In de hal op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich een snoepautomaat met snoep, etenswaren, scheersets en tandenborstel/tandpasta.
Deze automaat accepteert alleen munten en geeft geen wisselgeld terug.

Stekker-adapter, mobiele opladers
Via de receptie zijn stekker-adapters en diverse opladers voor uw mobiele telefoon verkrijgbaar (toets 9).

Strijkijzer
Via de receptie zijn er een strijkijzer en strijkplank verkrijgbaar (toets 9).

Taxi
Via de receptie kunt u desgewenst een taxi reserveren.

Op uw kamer heeft u de beschikking over een eigen telefoontoestel. Met dit toestel kunt u, zonder tussenkomst van de receptie, zelf bellen.

Gebeld worden kan alleen met tussenkomst van de receptie. Dit betekent dat u alleen gebeld kunt worden tijdens de openingstijden van het hotel. Voor meer informatie zie Openingstijden.

Toeristische informatie
Bij de receptie is diverse toeristische informatie over Delft verkrijgbaar. Voor uitgebreide informatie kunt u terecht bij het Toeristen Informatie Punt, Kerkstraat 3.

Vertrek
U wordt vriendelijk verzocht uw kamer op de dag van vertrek voor 11.00 uur te verlaten. In het weekend en tijdens feestdagen voor 12.00 uur.

Wasservice
Het is mogelijk om uw wasgoed te laten wassen. Wij brengen uw wasgoed dan naar een wasserette. Het zal van de wasserette afhangen wanneer uw wasgoed gereed is.
Bij de receptie kunt u een waszak krijgen waarin u het wasgoed kunt aanleveren.
Hotel De Koophandel is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele vermissing of beschadiging van de aangeboden was.

Wekservice
U heeft een wekkerradio op de kamer. Wilt u telefonisch gewekt worden, dan kan dat op werkdagen vanaf 06.30 uur. In het weekend en op feestdagen is dit mogelijk vanaf 07.30 uur.

WiFi
In het gehele hotel is gratis WiFi van KPN hotspots beschikbaar.

Hotel De Koophandel is located in the middle of the old city centre of Delft. De Beestenmarkt is known as one of the most characteristic squares of The Netherlands. Because of its perfect location, the main places of interest are all at walking distance from the hotel.
Hotel De Koophandel resides in a typical Old Dutch building. In 1591 the building was the birthplace of Reynier Jansz, the father of the famous Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer.

In this guest directory you will find extensive information on the facilities available in the hotel and some other information that you might need during your stay.

Adapters and telephone chargers
At the front desk we have several different adapters and mobile phone chargers available (key 9).

Bike rental
It is possible to rent bikes (if available) via the reception.
The rates are the following:

Breakfast
We offer you our breakfast in buffet style in the breakfast room. Breakfast is at the following hours:
Monday – Friday                      07.00 hrs – 09.30 hrs
Saturday, Sunday and holidays  08.00 hrs – 10.30 hrs
Room service is not available.

Candy
On the second floor you will find a machine with all kinds of candy, food toothbrush with toothpaste and a shaving set. This machine only accepts coins and doesn’t give change.

Check-out
You are kindly requested to leave your room on the day of your departure before 11.00 hrs. During the weekend and on holidays before 12.00 hrs.

Credit cards
We accept American Express, Diners Club, Visa and Eurocard/Mastercard.

Drinks
On the second floor you will find a machine with all kinds of chilled drinks. This machine only accepts coins. At the front desk it is possible to get red and white wine.

Fire instructions
Instructions on what to do in case of fire can be found in your room.
At any indication of smoke or fire please dial the front desk (key 9) immediately and mention the place of fire. If the front desk cannot be reached, please inform the emergency services of the fire by dialling (0)112. You can also break the glass of the fire alarm in the corridor.
In case instruction for an evacuation are given, please do the following: leave your room, close the door behind you and leave the hotel. Do not take any luggage with you. To make sure everyone has left the building, gather in front of the hotel.

Iron
An iron and ironing board are available at the front desk (key 9).

Laundry
We can bring your laundry to the laundry service. A laundry bag is available at the front desk (key 9). You can leave the bag at the front desk. Hotel De Koophandel cannot be held responsible for possible missing or damage.

Messages are directly delivered to your room. Messages can be received until 23.00 hrs.

Non-smoking rooms
In all rooms it is prohibited to smoke.

Opening hours
The reception is open:
Monday to Friday:        07.00 hrs – 23.00 hrs.
Weekend and holidays: 08.00 hrs – 23.00 hrs.
After 23.00 hrs you can enter and leave the hotel via the night entrance. From the outside you have access with your room key.
If you expect that you will return after 23.00 hrs, please take you key with you.
Only in case of emergency (!) between 23.00 hrs and 07.00 hrs and employee of the hotel can be contacted by phone: (0)06-24 53 93 87.
Matters which are not urgent can be discussed the next day.

Pharmacy
The receptionist can inform you about the nearest pharmacy (key9).

Reservations
The receptionist can make reservation for you. For example: taxi, restaurant, cinema and museums (key 9).

We change your towels daily. You can decide for yourself for the sake of the environment:
Towels on the floor: “Please change”.

Wake up service weekdays from 06.30 hrs.
